Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your SayItBuddy account and the associated cloud data either in the app or by submitting the request form below.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to SayItBuddy.
2. Open your profile from the top of the main screen.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm Permanently Delete Account.

This removes your SayItBuddy account and associated cloud content. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your account.

What is deleted

After we verify the request, deletion includes the SayItBuddy account and associated cloud data, such as:

• Account profile and sign-in association
• Communication profiles and preferences
• Custom categories, buttons, phrases, and favorites
• Uploaded photos, images, and voice recordings
• AI suggestion history and feedback associated with the account
• SayItBuddy subscription-entitlement records associated with the account

Content stored only on a device may remain until the app is removed or its local storage is cleared.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. Apple and Google independently retain purchase and transaction information according to their own policies. Deleting your SayItBuddy account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel the subscription in your store account settings.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address associated with your SayItBuddy account. We may contact you at that address to verify account ownership. Never send us your password, verification code, or payment-card information.
